Artikel 120: Constitutional review
The constitutionality of Acts of Parliament and treaties shall not be reviewed by the courts.
Explanation
Please note: Only the Dutch-language version of the Constitution has legal effect.
The judge may not assess whether a law is substantively contrary to the Constitution, nor may he investigate whether a law or treaty was enacted in accordance with the Constitution.
