Artikel 76: Task of the Court of Audit
The Court of Audit (Algemene Rekenkamer) shall be responsible for examining the States revenues and expenditures.

The Netherlands Court of Audit investigates the revenues and expenditures of the central government (the State). This results, among other things, in the approval of the State's accounts. This is stipulated in Article 105 of the Constitution.
