Artikel 75: Statutory regulations of the Council of State
- The organisation, composition and powers of the Council of State shall be regulated by Act of Parliament.
- Additional duties may be assigned to the Council or a division of the Council by Act of Parliament.

The organization and powers of the Council of State are regulated in the Council of State Act. The legislature may also assign tasks to the Council of State other than those mentioned in the Constitution.
