Artikel 141: Publication of the text of the revised Constitution
The text of the revised Constitution shall be published by Royal Decree in which the chapters, sections and articles may be renumbered and references to them altered accordingly.
Explanation
Please note: Only the Dutch-language version of the Constitution has legal effect.
In addition to the individual amending acts, the entire text of the revised Constitution is republished by Royal Decree with every constitutional revision.
