Artikel 90: International legal order
The Government shall promote the development of the international legal order.

The government has the task of promoting the development of the international legal order. This includes:
- the peaceful settlement of international disputes
- safeguarding human rights
- good relations with other states
- sound international legislation and compliance therewith
- sustainable international peace and security
- The Netherlands as host country for international courts and tribunals
